| I’ve been taking photos since 2005, but this hobby became more serious when I got my reflex camera. To explore all it has to offer, I tried many different subjects. In black and white or in colors, I shot portraits, landscapes, architecture, concerts, music bands… Today my work explores the different aspects of identity such as real and unreal, dream and nightmare, consciousness and unconsciousness. In a global world, identity, what makes you unique, is a concept questioned everyday. I’ve chosen to divide the human activity in four categories: consuming, thinking, dreaming and creating. Each category is a path to explore for the photographer, opening on many different themes and possible topics. My work in progress focuses on madness (its diffuse and invisible limits in a book being written at the moment), dreams and nightmares (Coming to get me, Clouds of nightmare, The Assassination), unconsciousness (Schizophrenia, Game Over, Insanity is the cure). My future projects will be about identity in mass society. |
